Условия : Mortgage features

Max Loan to Value: 70% - the maximum the bank will lend
Loan Amount: from 5 000 to 200 000 - the minimum mortgage is 5 000 and the maximum is up to 200 000
Loan Term: from 5 to 20 years - the mortgage can be from 5 to 20 years
Age limitation - applicants must be 21 years on mortgage issue and not older than 70 years on completion
Repayment schedule - the repayment shall be made in equal installments
Loan currency: Euro -The mortgage is in Euro
Management fee 1.3% - management fee is payable when the mortgage completes
Interest rate: 7% fixed - the interest rate is 7% fixed for the whole loan term
Bank account: Mandatory - applicants must have a bank account with the lender. Monthly service of the account - 0.50 euro
Insurance: Mandatory - the property must be insured for Fire, Flood and Earthquake

Documents required for a mortgage loan. All of the documents received must be in copy

1. Passport /ID of the borrowers

2. Employment contract / Employee benefit statement

3. Income for the last 12 months

4. Excerpt from bank accounts for available sums

5. Loan /leasing contracts in the presence of any.

6. Rent contracts if any

7. Guarantees and warrants from the borrowers.

8. Promissory notes issued by the borrowers.

9. Documents for ownership and registration of vehicles if any
10. Documents for the family status.

11. Pensions/retirement

12. Notary deed (Occupancy permission) for the property/s we will use as a financial security of the loan

13. Annual tax returns

14. Any other informational documents relevant to the borrowers or to this inquiry not mentioned above
